This User Acknowledgment & Release applies to your use of MyJobSearchTool, a website and service operated by PopCandi LLC, doing business as MyJobSearchTool.

MyJobSearchTool provides digital job-search tools, resume and cover letter assistance, interview preparation, application tracking, AI-powered coaching, and related career-development content.

By using MyJobSearchTool or creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to this Acknowledgment & Release.

I also understand that MyJobSearchTool is currently in a public Beta and is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, limits, and content may change at any time, and the service may experience interruptions or bugs. When Beta ends, I will be notified and invited to choose a paid plan to continue using premium features; I will not be auto-enrolled or charged without my explicit action.

1. Voluntary Use

I voluntarily choose to use MyJobSearchTool and any AI coaching, resume feedback, interview practice, application suggestions, or other features connected to the service.

I understand that PopCandi LLC does not require me to take any specific action and that I am responsible for deciding whether any AI-generated suggestion, template, or recommendation is appropriate for my situation before relying on it.

2. No Professional Advice

I understand that MyJobSearchTool and PopCandi LLC do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, accounting advice, or licensed career counseling.

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

I agree to consult a qualified professional for advice specific to my situation, including before making any decision with legal, tax, immigration, or financial consequences.

3. AI and Digital Coaching Limitations

I understand that MyJobSearchTool includes AI-powered features, including resume feedback, cover letter drafting, interview practice, application suggestions, summaries, and recommendations.

I understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for my specific situation.

I agree to review all AI-generated content before using it, sending it to an employer, or relying on it in any application, interview, or negotiation.

I understand that MyJobSearchTool uses AI to provide helpful feedback, examples, and suggestions, but AI can make mistakes. The guidance and sample content should not be treated as perfect, final, or copied word-for-word. I will always review the feedback carefully, double-check details for accuracy, and customize any sample resumes, cover letters, interview answers, or messages using my own experience, data, and voice. I understand that the AI is a coach or starting point, not a replacement for my own judgment.

I understand that AI-powered features are not a substitute for human judgment, professional advice, or a qualified career coach.

4. Accuracy of My Information

I am solely responsible for the accuracy of any information I submit, including my resume, employment history, education, certifications, skills, and any content I send to an employer.

I will not use MyJobSearchTool to misrepresent my identity, credentials, qualifications, or experience.

5. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that PopCandi LLC does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes, promotions, visa sponsorship, or any specific job-search result.

Outcomes vary based on experience, market conditions, effort, timing, location, industry, qualifications, and many other factors outside PopCandi LLC's control.

6. Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using MyJobSearchTool, including risks related to relying on AI-generated content, sharing personal or professional information, and any consequences of my own job-search decisions.

7. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless PopCandi LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, vendors, and service providers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

• My use of MyJobSearchTool
• AI-generated content, suggestions, or recommendations
• Resumes, cover letters, messages, or applications I create or send
• Hiring decisions, rejections, or employment outcomes
• Information I submit, share, or store in the service
• Actions or omissions of employers, recruiters, or third-party services
• Any third-party tools, job boards, or integrations

This release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be released under applicable law.

8. Responsibility for Safe Use

I agree that I am responsible for safe and appropriate use of MyJobSearchTool, including:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to anyone
• Protecting my own login credentials
• Not uploading content I do not have the right to use
• Not using the service to misrepresent myself or another person
• Following applicable laws in my jurisdiction

9. Acknowledgment

I have read and understood this User Acknowledgment & Release.

I understand that by accepting this Acknowledgment, I may be giving up certain legal rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I accept this Acknowledgment voluntarily.
