These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, digital tools, AI-powered coaching features, content, and related services operated by PopCandi LLC, doing business as MyJobSearchTool.

By accessing or using MyJobSearchTool, you agree to these Terms.

1. About PopCandi LLC

PopCandi LLC provides digital job-search and career-development tools designed to help professionals organize their search, prepare for interviews, track applications, build resumes and cover letters, and access AI-powered coaching and feedback.

Our services are designed to support your job search and career growth. They are not a substitute for legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, professional career counseling, or guaranteed employment outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyJobSearchTool.

By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the account is being misused, violates these Terms, creates risk for others, or harms the operation of our services.

4. AI-Powered Features

MyJobSearchTool includes AI-powered coaching, resume and cover letter feedback, interview practice, application suggestions, summaries, and personalized recommendations.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before relying on it, sending it to an employer, or using it in any application, interview, or negotiation.

MyJobSearchTool uses AI to provide helpful feedback, examples, and suggestions, but AI can make mistakes. The guidance and sample content should not be treated as perfect, final, or copied word-for-word. Always review the feedback carefully, double-check details for accuracy, and customize any sample resumes, cover letters, interview answers, or messages using your own experience, data, and voice. Think of the AI as a coach or starting point, not a replacement for your own judgment.

AI features should not be used as a substitute for legal, tax, financial, immigration, or professional career advice.

5. Your Job-Search Content

You may submit information through our services, including resumes, cover letters, application notes, job descriptions, interview answers, target companies, goals, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant PopCandi LLC a limited license to use, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the services.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or that misrepresents your identity, credentials, employment history, education, or qualifications.

6. Beta Period

MyJobSearchTool is currently in a public Beta. During Beta:

• Access to MyJobSearchTool is provided free of charge.
• Features, limits, AI models, and content may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and may experience interruptions, bugs, or data loss.
• Anonymized usage data and feedback may be used to improve the product.

When Beta ends, PopCandi LLC will notify you by email and in-app. At that point you will be invited to choose a paid plan to continue using MyJobSearchTool. You will not be auto-enrolled or charged without your explicit action. If you choose not to subscribe, your account may move to a limited free tier, become read-only, or be deactivated, at PopCandi LLC's discretion. You may export or delete your data at any time before, during, or after this transition.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some features may require payment or a subscription once Beta ends or for premium offerings.

Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown at checkout or within your account.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. PopCandi LLC does not control all aspects of third-party payment processing.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, logos, names, graphics, templates, prompts, text, images, videos, tools, and other materials provided through our services are owned by PopCandi LLC or its licensors.

You may use our content for your personal job search and career development.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, or create competing products from our content or services without written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, employment history, or qualifications
• Submit fraudulent applications or impersonate another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use the services to build or train a competing product
• Harass, exploit, or harm another person

10. No Professional Advice

MyJobSearchTool does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, accounting advice, or licensed career counseling.

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Job-search outcomes vary based on many factors, including experience, market conditions, effort, timing, location, industry, qualifications, and personal circumstances.

PopCandi LLC does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes, promotions, visa sponsorship, or any specific result.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, job boards, employers, ATS systems, payment processors, analytics providers, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, hiring decisions, or practices.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopCandi LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for every user.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopCandi LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost wages, lost offers, or lost opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to PopCandi LLC in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PopCandi LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, misused the services, or harmed other users or PopCandi LLC.

You may stop using the services at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
