Pull up your research notes and a list of your top 3 target roles in a blank document. Grab a pen and paper to brainstorm questions that go beyond the basic job description.

Identify three categories for questions: Company Culture, Role Expectations, and Team Success. Write down two open-ended questions for each category that cannot be answered with a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Practice saying them out loud until they feel natural and conversational.
