Goal
Gain a deep understanding of a company's mission and pain points faster than manual browsing.
Setup
Open your preferred AI tool and pull up the website or job description of a company you want to target. Bookmark their mission statement and any recent press releases to use as context for your prompts.
Exercise Instructions
1. Paste the company's 'About Us' page text into the AI. 2. Ask the AI to identify their top 3 strategic priorities and current challenges. 3. Ask for 3 meaningful questions you could ask an interviewer based on that data.
Coach Tip
Use the AI as a head start, but always double-check the 'facts' on the company's actual social media or recent news.
