Goal
Write a LinkedIn About that reads like you, signals your value, and ends with a clear call to connect.
Setup
Open a blank document and have your current resume visible on your screen for reference. Avoid drafting live in the LinkedIn interface so you have the freedom to iterate and edit without pressure.
Exercise Instructions
Paragraph 1 (3-4 sentences): who you help and the outcome you create — your one-liner expanded. Paragraph 2 (4-6 sentences): 2-3 concrete proof points with metrics or named outcomes. Paragraph 3 (2-3 sentences): what you're looking for next + how to reach you (email, "open to chats about ___"). Read aloud, cut 20%. Paste into LinkedIn.
Coach Tip
First person, conversational, specific. If it sounds like a press release, rewrite paragraph 1.
